HalloWest - Oct. 30, 2019
Our annual HalloWest Social is our largest BWMS PSG fundraiser of the school year. This year’s party takes place on Wednesday, October 30. It’s open to all students and is traditionally one of our most well attended events of the year. This event includes a DJ, dancing, fun Halloween activities, photo booth, costume contest, food and our extremely popular “Haunted Hallway.”
What makes this event so successful, is the support of our parents and staff each year. For our 2019 HalloWest Social we are looking for assistance in the following areas:
Sponsorship: BWMS PSG is looking for business and corporate sponsors to assist with the cost of hosting this annual event. BWMS PSG is a recognized 501c3 non-profit, so all donations are tax deductible and will be recognized at the event. We will also highlight all sponsors in our West Weekly, on our Facebook Account and website. Please send all donations with the donation form below, to the BWMS office by October 1.
Donations: A highlight of our HalloWest Social is our Candy Bar. Students will be given a small big to fill with candy during the night. This takes a huge amount of candy and we are asking our parents to help with this process. We are asking the candy to be dropped off at BWMS before fall break. Donations can be made at the BWMS office and we will also have PSG volunteers at parent/teacher conferences on October 9 & 10 to make collections easy for all parents.

Volunteers: Putting on the HalloWest Social takes dedication from our parents and staff each year. We will need lots of volunteers to help the night of the event including people to help scare in our Haunted Hallway.
